Overview

AMR for Logistics Automation

The AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) uses innovative automation technology to plan its own routes and move autonomously in logistics and manufacturing, transporting goods and performing tasks. It reduces manpower, improves productivity, and maximizes space and operational efficiency to strengthen business competitiveness. We propose a new-concept indoor/outdoor autonomous mobile robot that combines Vision-based A.I with automotive mechanisms.

Peripherals

Peripheral Equipment

Buffer

BUFFER

A buffer is equipment that maintains smooth flow in logistics automation, available in conveyor and lift types depending on function. It controls congestion caused by differences in production time and quantity between equipment. Depending on whether a buffer is present, the number of AMRs deployed and the simplification of logistics flow and routes change significantly, making it a critical piece of equipment.

AMR Auto Charger

AMR AUTO CHARGER

  • Charging power is supplied only after the AMR arrives and confirms alignment via communication, preventing electric-shock accidents
  • IN-OUT stroke-type charging terminal offers excellent stability and space efficiency
  • Top display and warning light show charging status and history
  • Lower leveling feet adapt to diverse environments
  • SIZE : 450 × 335 × 345 (630 incl. warning light) mm
3D Scanner

3D Scanning Robot · LOADRUNNER SCOUT

An autonomous scanning robot built on a quadruped walking platform that moves directly through hard-to-access sites such as factories and underpasses to collect precise 3D data. The collected 3D maps are used directly as autonomous-driving maps for AMRs and drones.

3D Scan · Automatic Map Generation

Scans sites such as factories and underpasses in 3D and automatically generates maps using 3D GS (Gaussian Splatting) technology.

Reduced Map-building Time

Dramatically reduces map-building time from 1 week → 1 day compared with manual methods.

Vertical Map Expansion

When combined with drones, 3D maps can be built not only horizontally but also in the vertical direction.
